Thomas Duppke

Thomas Duppke came, after 5 years in the Canary Islands, back to Germany in 1996. In Spain he worked as tour guide, head guide and Sales & Marketing Manager for German tour operators and hotel chains. He founded the D.T.S.

Duppke Touristic Services GmbH and took over a year later, 1997, the travel agency in the Bergheimer Erftpassage. Since then, he consults several foreign hoteliers, tour operators, destinations and tour operators in training – and marketing issues.

He is a superb range of the Canary Islands for which he worked since 1996. Here he knows a lot of hotels and their operators personally. He also has met extensively with their hotel representative offices as well as many destinations in Greece and Turkey.

Vanessa Kaiser

Vanessa Kaiser is a trained travel agent and works in the company since October 2008. She made her vocational training in two major chains (Welche Art von Ketten?) in Zuelpich and Cologne.

For further education, she began in August 2008 six-semester-studies for business administration, specializing in tourism to improve their qualifications and in-house activities. This will be complete in summer of 2011. Destinations they know personally are Mallorca, Tunisia, Turkey, Australia, the Côte d’Azur, Fuerteventura, the Spanish mainland, and many cities in Europe. She is also specialized in cruises, especially around the Aida.

Dennis Müller

Since his apprenticeship, which he finished (concluded) successfully in 2002, he worked in Aachen, and afterwards again in his apprenticing company. Since September 2009 he is the office manager at D. T. S. Travel Agency.

He has special knowledge about destinations he visited personally as Southeast Asia, especially Thailand and Bali.
In Europe, he possesses first-hand experience about Turkey, Menorca, Malta, Tenerife, La Gomera, and various big cities.

Debora de Vito

In August 2010, Debora De Vito started her apprenticeship as a travel agent in the D.T.S. travel agency. Before that she acquired her technical college in order to thus she can shorten the education. Not only here in the office, she learns a lot about the individual target areas but also in vocational school, which she is visiting.
In the winter 2012/2013 Debora De Vito will complete their final exams and can well imagine to continue working in this profession.
From her travels, she visited and got to know the following destinations:
Rome, Calabria, London and Turkey.

Sandy Sinanovic

Sandy Sinanovic was born in 1978 and grew up in cologne. Early on she was fascinated by the world of travel. In 1995, after the high school maturity, she decided to move to the profession of a travel agent. Since 2000, she became self-responsible manager of some branch offices at the major travel agency chains in Cologne and Dusseldorf and started an apprenticeship to trainer.

In 2007 she moved out of travel agencies to expand their horizons with a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in tourism. With the completion of Certified Business Management – Leisure & Tourism in 2010, she was able to successfully acquire the additional technical college. Since January 2011, she supports us in our offices in the Sales & Marketing.

Personal local knowledge she could expand due to various holidays or business trips, especially in the long-haul destinations: Cuba, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Thailand, Bali and Singapore as well as in medium-haul destinations in Spain, Greece and Turkey.

Patricio Vazquez

He comes from P&R Projects (and Intergerma), former publisher of the guide “Incentives Events Meetings”. It was the leading publication in the global meeting industry within the last decade. Patricio Vazquez took over the guide as project manager in 1993 and made it an indispensable tool for global research. In 2002 he left Intergerma and founded his own company, Team Vazquez International (TVI),representing professional suppliers from the MICE-Business and which runs the website www.inventme.net.
Patricio Vazquez of TVI, a global acting representation company, supporting its clients towards the Global MICE Business. We are specialised in sales & marketing, consulting and promotion, mainly to the European market. Our mission is to provide exceptional service standards and significant results in a highly competitive environment.

The target group we serve since 18 years are meeting planners in companies, organizations and associations world-wide, who organize incentives, events and meetings. The users database, we started with, is the one we used for the distribution of the guide. The level of buyers we do serve is a 70% with options to decide about events, means all kind of Managers, Head of Departments and Owners. We only focus on agencies and corporate.
